Marlene and Zac have been multi-location business owners for over 10 years and most recently managed multiple real estate offices in mid-coast Maine. Originally from Maine, our family has deep roots in real estate, with over 40 years of experience through our brokerage, RE/MAX Jaret & Cohn. We later served as co-manager there, building a strong foundation in customer service, negotiation, and market strategy.

After vacationing in Southwest Florida for nearly a decade, my family and I made the move full-time in 2021—and I’ve never looked back. Having personally gone through the relocation process, I understand both the excitement and the challenges, and I’m passionate about helping others make a seamless transition.

Today, I lead The Cohn Team Realtors® SWFL and own SWFL Relocations, offering a true one-stop, white-glove experience. From packing and moving to estate sales and listing homes, my team and I handle every step with professionalism, organization, and care.

I proudly serve Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Estero, Punta Gorda, Sanibel, and Captiva, treating every client and referral like family.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my family, enjoying the Southwest Florida lifestyle, or on the tennis court.
